Launch Date and Time of the Soyuz Spacecraft (27S/TMA-02M)
with Astronaut Satoshi Furukawa aboard

The Russian Federal Space Agency (FSA) has set the launch date and time of the Soyuz spacecraft (27S/TMA-02M,) which Astronaut Satoshi Furukawa will be aboard, as follows as a result of a General Designers' Review held in Moscow on May 18.

Astronaut Furukawa is scheduled to stay at the International Space Station (ISS) for about five and half months as a crewmember for the 28th and 29th expedition crews. He will return to the Earth by the Soyuz (27S/TMA-02M) in November.

1. Launch time and date: At 5:15 a.m. on June 8 (Japan Standard Time)
At 2:15 a.m. on June 8 (Baikonur Time)
At 0:15 a.m. on June 8 (Moscow Time)


2. Launch Site: Baikonur Cosmodrome (Republic of Kazakhstan.)

3. Crewmembers: Expedition 28/29 Crew
