An Agreement on Collaboration Among Three Japanese Space Organizations

National Space Development Agency of Japan

The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), the National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) and the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) have concluded "Collaboration Among Three Space Agencies" for the purpose of promoting more reliable space development efficiently and effectively.

The organizations will start to cooperate in the projects after FY 2001 and research a strong technological basis to meet high reliability that is required for rockets and satellites development.

Under this Agreement, "The Head Office of Collaboration among Three Space Organizations" will be established to collaborate the Agencies, ISAS, NAL and NASDA.
