Re-entry of the Japanese Earth Resources Satellite-1 (JERS-1)

According to the information released by NASA, the Japanese Earth Resources Satellite-1 (JERS-1) re-entered around sixty-seven degrees south latitude and twenty degrees west longitude over the south Antarctic offshore Antarctica about 10:28 p.m. December 3rd, 2001 (JST).
