Launch Postponement of the H-IIA Launch Vehicle No.2

The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) scheduled to launch the H-IIA Launch Vehicle No.2 (H-IIA . F2) from Tanegashima Space Center on January 31 (Thursday), 2002, but decided to reschedule the launch date to a later date. This decision was made due to the postponement of cryogenic test from January 15 (Tuesday) to January 17 (Thursday) owing to bad weather and the need to replace partial parts as a result of the test. The new launch date will be on or after February 3 (Sunday).
