Results of the Third Flight Experiment of High Speed Flight Demonstration Phase I

The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) and the National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan (NAL) jointly conducted the third flight experiment of the High Speed Flight Demonstration Phase I in the Christmas Island of the Republic of Kiribati on 16 November 2002 from 5:40 am to 5:59 am (Japan Standard Time: 0:40 am to 0:59 am).
The flight experiment was completed as planned and technical data was acquired.
The schedule of the next flight experiment will be announced in a separate announcement.
