The 11th Session of the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-11)

 The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), under the joint auspices with the Australian Cooperative Research Center for Satellite Systems (CRCSS), will hold the meeting of the 11th Session of the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-11) as follows:


1. Date: November 3 (Wed) - 5 (Fri), 2004

2. Place: Canberra, Australia

3. Organizers: MEXT and JAXA Co-Organizer: CRCSS

4. Working Language: English

 APRSAF is an annual international meeting, which was established in 1993 in response to the proposal made by Japan at the Asia-Pacific International Space Year Conference (APIC) in 1992.
 The Session of APRSAF-11 under the theme of "Toward Expansion of the Space Community" intends to promote space application among space agencies and other space-related bodies in the Asia-Pacific region through presentations and discussions about space activities and future plans of the member countries.
