The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) set the date of the H-IIA Launch Vehicle No.3 which carries the Data Relay Test Satellite (DRTS) and the Unmanned Space Experiment Recovery System (USERS) from Tanegashima Space Center as indicated below.
