National Space Development Agency of Japan
The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) launched three microsatellites piggyback with the Advanced Earth Observing Satellite-II (ADEOS-II) by H-IIA Launch Vehicle No. 4 (H-IIA F4) at 10:31 a.m. on December 14, 2002 (Japan Standard Time) from the Tanegashima Space Center. It is confirmed that the three microsatellites were successfully separated at the following time respectively.

Micro-LabSat (NASDA): | about 35 minutes after liftoff |
