National Space Development Agency of Japan
The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) announced on 31 January 2003, together with the "Wish on Stars" Committee, that the 4th space educational program titled the "Pinning children's dreams for the Earth on Stars-the Intercommunication Program of "Wish on Stars" with the International Space Station (ISS), would be held on 25 February 2003.
However, due to the tragic accident of the Space Shuttle Columbia, various kinds of prearranged schedules have been changed and, in this context, the above space educational program has been postponed.
NASDA will make public a new date for the educational program, if it will be set up again.
