4th Symposium on France-Japan Space Cooperation

National Space Development Agency of Japan

The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) and the French Space Agency, Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES) will hold the 4th Symposium on France-Japan Space Cooperation for the purpose of strengthening the current cooperation between these two space agencies and exploring potentials for future cooperation. The Symposium has a new session on space component, in addition to the previous sessions on earth observation, space transportation, communications, utilization of the International Space Station, and space science. The Symposium had been postponed but this time, the new date was fixed as follows:

1. Date : July 7 (Mon.) and 8 (Tue.) 2003
2. Venue : Kyoto International Conference Hall (Takaragaike, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto)
3. Organizer : NASDA and CNES
4. Language: Opening and Closing Sessions : Japanese/French (simultaneous interpretation service available)
