Launch Schedule of Advanced Land Observing Satellite-4 “DAICHI-4” (ALOS-4) aboard the third H3 Launch Vehicle (H3 F3) [Rescheduled]

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) had planned to launch the third H3 Launch Vehicle (H3 F3: Flight No.3) carrying the Advanced Land Observing Satellite-4 “DAICHI-4” (ALOS-4) from the Tanegashima Space Center on June 30, 2024. However, due to expected increment weather conditions on the day before and on the launch day, the following changes will be made:

Launch date : July 1, 2024
Launch Window : 12:06:42 (JST) through 12:19:34 (JST)
 The time is the 24-hour clock
Reserved Launch Period : July 2, through July 31, 2024

We will reassess the decision regarding the launch on July 1 based on the weather conditions from tomorrow onwards.
