Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) hereby announces that the launch date of MICHIBIKI No. 7, Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZS-7) aboard H3 Launch Vehicle flight No.9 has been scheduled as follows, as a result of today’s weather assessment.
The launch time will be announced once confirmed.

There remains a possibility that the conditions necessary for the launch may not be satisfied depending on the projected track of Typhoon T2613 (Dolphin). We will continue to closely monitor the latest weather conditions in the coming days and confirm the feasibility of the launch on August 10.
