All areas of the Tanegashima Space Center (TNSC) and within a 3-km radius area from the launch pad (circled by a red color) are off-limits on the launch　day. You can observe a rocket launch from a place that is outside of the TNSC and more than three km away from the launch pad.
The above listed observation points are especially recommended sites, and a countdown voice is broadcast there.
